- All consultation calls receive one complimentary hour follow up call.

Two simple guarantees that we take seriously on every single project.
We guarantee that we will respond to your communications within 24 hours of receiving them.
If we don’t, it’s $50 off your flat fee each time we’re late (exception to consultation call). This way you always know what’s going on and that we aren’t just leaving you in the dark.
Same goes for the initial design ideas. We guarantee your 3 design choices will be on time.
If we’re late delivering your design by the specified date and time that we’ve communicated about, then each day we’re late is $50 off your flat fee.
