Our Pricing
Flat fee, based on square footage.

All design services are a flat fee based off of the square footage of your project, which is paid in installments (except for travel to your home and an conversations with the contractors which are an hourly fee).
If at any point you don’t love your design or the process, you are able to back out of any future installments risk free.
However, we are confident that you and your guests will love your design and want to dive into the luxury of your STR.
- What's Included
Full Design Service covers creating a complete design worthy for your STR.
- Researching more about you and your property. For instance, but not limited to, what the location offers, what type of guests your area attracts, and what the home is for you.
- Getting three guest centric designs to choose from. A design simultaneously focused on the type of guests you want to attract and that your area does attract.
- Your own project manager. Conversing with contractors, helping to work on scheduling, going over floor plans, or managing the budget.
- Curating your shopping list. We take care of the sourcing the right furniture and materials needed.
- Ordering and taking care of deliveries. We take care of the ordering and deliveries of all the components of your design.
- Installing the furniture and final touches into your STR. We take care of installing the design into your STR and setting it up/styling for the professional photography needed for your STR ads.
- Scheduling the professional photographer – professional photos are a must for STR ads. We help coordinate and style your STR so your photos show everything that is offered for your guests.
- Providing you with a cleaning booklet/checklist for your cleaners. Additionally, a checklist of what items you have within your STR.
