Plus designing a space takes a lot of commitment, which let's be honest can easily fall to the bottom of al your other commitments. I mean maybe you're like my husband and I with two kids both under 4 and two full time jobs. Now add in picking the right materials, colors, style, contractors, space plan, etc. on top of everything else in your life and/or any surprises life may throw at you, and I'm pretty sure it's just exhaustion waiting next.

Full Design Service
Full Design Service covers creating a complete design worthy for your space. This includes:

Learning more about you and your property. For instance, but not limited to, what works with the type of house, what motivates you, what are you current and future needs, or what the home means for you.

Getting three designs to choose from. Each design different from the other so you aren't just stuck with one design.

Your own project manager. Conversing with contractors, helping to work on scheduling, going over floor plans, or managing the budget.

Curating your shopping list. We take care of the sourcing the right furniture and materials needed.

Ordering and taking care of deliveries. We take care of the ordering and deliveries of all the components of your design.

Installing the furniture and final touches into your space. We take care of installing the design into your space and setting it up/styling for your grand reveal.

Providing you with a cleaning booklet/checklist for you. Additionally, a checklist of what items you have within your space so you know where to get them.
Full Design Service is like having your own project manager to help make your dream space a reality. It’s the complete package.

We take all those lemons associated with designing a space and turn that into freshly made lemonade just for you. Now that sounds good!
All design services are a flat fee based off of the square footage of your project, which is paid in installments (except for travel to your home and an conversations with the contractors which are an hourly fee).
If at any point you don’t love your design or the process, you are able to back out of any future installments risk free.
Example:
$6000 for 1800 square feet
$3000 for 900 square feet
However, we are confident that you will love your design and want to dive into the luxury of your home.
We also guarantee that we will respond to your communications within 24 hours of receiving them.
If we don’t, it’s $50 off your flat fee each time we’re late. This way you always know what’s going on and that we aren’t just leaving you in the dark.
Same goes for the initial design ideas. We guarantee your 3 design choices will be on time.
If we’re late delivering your design by the specified date and time that we’ve communicated about, then each day we’re late is $50 off your flat fee.
